Wiz Khalifa Says “Rolling Papers 2” Is Done
For a decade now Wiz Khalifa has been doing his best to maintain and improve his music life, right from when he was in his teens, he still pushes boundaries in his projects. He also has been known to have ventured into other creative avenues while still delivering a consistent stream of music. The last time we heard from Khalifa was 2014’s Blacc Hollywood but he’s dropped compilation records, EP’s and mixtapes since then. Nonetheless, a question many of his fans have been asking when Rolling Papers 2 would be dropping. It seems like it’s looking like it’ll be coming in the near future.
The rapper through his IG page revealed that his next album which is titled Rolling Papers 2, is completed, and so will hit the streaming platforms soon. As for the date of the album’s release, no one other than the rapper is aware of that, according to him, it drops real soon. Sometime ago, it was rumored that he will be dropping a mixtape before the said album, so someone asked him if it was true, and he replied, he said no.
At the beginning of the week, he shared a new episode of his vlog series, “DayToDay,” where he previewed new solo music and teased a new collaboration with Pharrell. The duo have been known to do lots of work together, especially on O.N.I.F.C‘s “Rise Above” which also featured Amber Rose and Tuki Carter.
The rapper has already dropped two four track EP’s within a few weeks of each other just this year. In June, he released Pre-Rolleds and later dropped Bong Rips towards the end of the month. Khalifa has really been having a good time with the studio this year. Lets wait and see what the rapper has for us.
